According to the Notarial Regulation, in its article 198, Notaries, at the request of a party, will issue and authorize Minutes in which they record the facts and circumstances that they witness or that are known to them and that due to their nature are not the subject of a contract.

The Minutes can be of presence, of notification and request, of statements or reference, of sending documents by mail, of deposit, of protocolization, of auctions, of notoriety, of drawing and of exhibition of things or documents.
